The Modern Nestling accepts returns on unused products within twenty-one (21) days of the fulfillment (shipment) date of the order. Outside of this time frame returns will not be accepted.

Exceptions to our Return Policy:

We are unable to accept returns on used items.

We are unable to accept returns on customized items.

We are unable to accept returns without a receipt.

Return Procedure

You must first obtain a Returned Material Authorization (“RMA”) from us prior to returning any products.

Following your RMA request, we will contact you directly and supply further directions to proceed with your return. Please do not ship your item(s) before receiving RMA approval from us.

All returns must include the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval, partial approval, or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Upon our receipt of the returned unused item(s) and satisfactory inspection, your method of payment for the purchase will be credited the cost of the item(s). Any approved refund or store credit will only be for the value of the returned item(s). Any shipping costs will not be refunded.

Upon our receipt of the returned item(s), and unsatisfactory inspection (partial approval or rejection), you may be credited a partial or no refund. Any shipping costs will not be refunded.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that a refund may take approximately 5 to 10 business days after the date on which the refund credit was initiated before being posted on your account.

For your security, refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the purchase. In the event that your credit card has expired or is cancelled, store credit will be issued.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective. Please follow the return procedure stated above, and select “Defective item(s)” as the reason for return within the Returned Material Authorization (“RMA”) form.

Gifts

If you received a gift receipt with your item(s), you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Please follow the return procedure stated above, and select “Gift return” as the reason for return within the Returned Material Authorization (“RMA”) form.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s) and receiving item(s) purchased using store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returns must include the original packaging.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your item(s) to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item(s), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of this Return Policy by posting updates and changes to Our websites. It is your responsibility to check Our websites periodically for changes.
